Yes. A BAA is automatically included as part of our Terms of Service when you use Blueprint. If you need a countersigned copy for your records, a signable version is available.

Is session recording required?

No. Recording is optional and fully controlled by you. Documentation can be created with or without recording.

Do you store session audio?

No. When recording is used, audio is used only to support documentation and is deleted immediately after processing. No recordings, copies, or backups are retained.

Do you train AI models on client data?

No. Client data is never used to train AI models.

Can I review or edit AI-assisted documentation before it becomes part of the client record?

Yes. AI-assisted drafts remain editable until a record is finalized. Nothing becomes part of the client record without review.

What happens to finalized client records?

Finalized records are stored securely and follow standard professional and legal retention expectations.

How is my data protected?

What happens if there’s a subpoena or legal request for client data?

To start the referral process, please sign up for our referral program here. Once you’ve signed up, you can share your unique referral link via email, social networks, and direct email invite. What is a successful referral?
In order for a referral to count, the person you’ve referred must be brand new to Blueprint.ai when they sign up.
How do I know how many of my referrals have signed up?
Once you’ve signed up for our referral program, you will be able to see how many referrals have signed up by logging into our referral program homepage here.
If one of my referral signs up, when and how do I get my reward?
We manually approve all rewards. Once your reward is approved, you will receive an email from us notifying you with more details.
My referral forgot to use my unique referral link to sign up. Is there a way I can still receive credit?

Self-referrals are not allowed. Cheating will get you permanently banned from our referral program.
We reserve the right to disqualify rewards earned through fraudulent, illegal, or abusive methods.
We will only count referrals on links that are automatically tracked and reported by our system. We will not credit a referral if someone says they signed up or someone says they entered a referral code and it was not tracked by our system.
We reserve the right to change the terms of service for our referral program at any time.
